please don't get me started on the second season. the first one felt like one looong movie.
interestingly enough, it did teach me to "trust no one" and I thought it was brilliant how Patty Hewes made the men around her feel superior. simple things like not knowing how to work the remote control. the psychological influence is interesting.
but, isn't it normal to manipulate people, isn't that what they teach us in law school. if you're on top and in charge, if you don't take control, who will? just touching on power. I hope I don't end up like Patty.
