After seven years of not residing in the same house for more than four days, it was lovely being able to spend this years winter with my mom in Adelaide away from the hustle bustle of KL life. She needed this break and I thank all those in KL who she has obligations and responsibility towards for letting her have this trip, especially Embah,Unc Ibrahim, Layla and Irfan. Her stay here meant a lot to me, and never once did i wish she would go back earlier or needed space from her. It's so hard for me to be close to people and because I don't bother putting up with company doing things I dont enjoy, having her beside me throughout was nice for a change. I was always with company and i got to spend the holiday doing things I truly enjoy without feeling bad of boring her.Sometimes, I think of her stay here as a turning twenty one prep, somehow I learned to love myself more.I hope she enjoyed her trip here and feels so much better about her life as much as I did after the break. Hoping for more holidays together, all smiles.
